In this video, I will introduce you to Marco, a fictional student whom I wrote about in a vignette. You’ll have the opportunity to observe him in his classroom, and you’ll hear him read. After you observe him, you will have the chance to do your own thinking about what his actions tell you about his needs. Then, you’ll hear how I interpreted his behaviors. I’ll show you how to analyze his reading errors to help you determine why he’s struggling with reading.
